Most of our apartments are NO FEE,  ½ FEE or NEGOTIABLE and offer some period of FREE RENT. Most of our landlords are flexible with terms and prices; therefore, we are open to an offer on most of our properties.

Our offices are open 7 days a week including major holidays.
